The Lipp Land Union of the Red Cross established 2 honorary badges for many years of well-deserved activity. For 25 years he was awarded a cross with white enamel, and for 10 years a cross in silver, depicted here. The crosses for Lippe were made by Godet in Berlin.
These crosses were presented by loyal and worthy members by various national Red Cross clubs. Crosses of different national clubs differ in inscription and color in the medallion ring. The shape is usually the same. This cross was awarded for 10 years of well-deserved activity in the service of the Red Cross. This cross was issued by the Lipp Land Association of the Red Cross to its members. The principality of Lippe began in 1895/96, when the Domestic Women's Union began to engage in voluntary nursing. In 1897, a military sanitary column was created. On November 9, 1907, the Lipp National Union of the Red Cross was founded. Due to the size of the country, it is rare and expensive.
