Awards of Germany - Order of Landwehr 2nd class 1913
A new form of awarding Landwehr was introduced on August 30, 1913 by Prince Regent Ludwig. The service award in the form of a buckle of 1876, which was in force until that time, could be received at its own expense. The conditions for the presentation were the same as for the buckle. Persons of leave age who participated in the campaign or were called up for active service for at least 3 months were awarded. This norm also applied to senior military officials.
Round copper medal with raised border. Above is a soldered ordinary eye with a ribbon ring.
Front side:
- In the center to the edges is the image of the service award cross of the 1st class.
- Between the cross sleeves: top left - LOYALTY, top right - SERVICES,
- LH LOWER - RESERVE - RH LOWER - LANDVER -.
Downside:
- At a distance from the edge above and below, a cross-tied oak wreath.

Tape:
35 mm wide, white edges 2 mm, side stripes of light blue/white color 2 mm/3 mm, central stripes of light blue color 20 mm.
