The Agricultural Merit Medals were first awarded around 1838 with an image of Frederick Augustus II. awarded in silver and bronze.
The 2nd form of medals was awarded with a portrait of King John. Shown here 3. On the front side is a portrait of King Albert. The front side stamp was created by Bardulek in 1874. The reverse stamp was taken from previous medals and taken from Karl Reinhard Krueger. For the first time, medals were awarded in 3 stages. The gold medal (50 mm) was awarded only 1 time. Silver and bronze medals are 52 mm in diameter. The weight of the silver medal is about 72-74 g, the bronze - about 76 g. All medals until then were non-removable and had on the front side the manufacturer's designation - M.BARDULECK FEC. Wearable medals were then issued in reduced form in silver and bronze. Whether these medals were issued along with the untouchables, I could not determine.
