German Awards - King Charles Jubilee Foundation Medal of Appreciation 1893
The medal was instituted in 1893 by King William II. donated. 2 years have passed since the founding of the King Charles Jubilee Fund, which was erected on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the reign of King Charles. The purpose of the fund was to support farms, small businesses and home economics enterprises. Including funds were allocated for novice entrepreneurs. The Recognition Medal was awarded to individuals who have been successfully providing services in the spirit of the Foundation for many years. The award was made by the Ministry of the Interior, which was authorized by the king. This award continued to be awarded after 1921 in a modified form. The minter of the medal was Karl Schwenzer, medalist and coin engraver of the Royal Württemberg Mint in Stuttgart from 1876 to 1904.
Round silver medal with raised border. On top is a soldered, ordinary eye with a ribbon ring. On the ribbon is a rectangular, hollow embossed fastener made of bronze. At the back is a wide metallized strip for pulling the tape. There is a horizontal pin on the metal strip.
Front side:

In the - center of the picture is a portrait of King William II.
- Under the neck section of a small size, the cutter stamp is K. SCHWENZER -.
- The bronze fastener is openwork and consists of a rectangular frame.
In the - center of the frame is an oval shield with small eyes on top, bottom and sides.
In - a recessed field surrounded by a smooth border, the crowned letter - W - rises.
- On the side, the frame is bounded by rounded ornaments.
- Above and below, the frame is bounded by ornaments in the form of rope or dew.
- Triangular ornaments hanging under the rope are on top.

- Below 2 intersecting dense oak-deciduous branches are semicircular to the middle.

- On the bracket is a horizontal pin. The tape was pulled and sewn up.
