This medal was established on November 2, 1920 by the State Ministry of the Free State of Württemberg. After World War I and the formation of the Free State, the foundation's constitution was changed. The purpose of the fund has largely remained the same. In addition to supporting and developing agriculture, home industry and small businesses, the medal must also be awarded in modified form. Employees and employees should be awarded after many years of dedicated activity at the same enterprise. Industrial workers could be awarded after 35 years, and agricultural workers after 25 years of service. Civil servants and employees and service personnel at private enterprises were excluded. Foreigners can also be awarded. The stipulated maximum award of 6 medals per year was clearly not respected. Medals were made of silver or silver-plated white metal. The size of the screed also varies slightly.
Round silver medal with raised border. On top is a soldered, ordinary eye with a ribbon ring. On the ribbon is a rectangular, hollow embossed fastener made of bronze. At the back is a wide metallized strip for pulling the tape. There is a horizontal pin on the metal strip.
