This award was established by Major and Captain Georg von Neufville presumably in 1920. Freikorps of Neufville, also Garde-Landesschutzen-Korps of Neufville, had 2 fidelity crosses. An enameled plug cross and the blackened iron loyalty cross on the ribbon shown here. On the requirements for awarding or dividing into 1st and 2nd. I don't know the class. (I would be very grateful for more information)
The Guards Land Rifle Corps was formed on December 1, 1918 in Central Germany (near Zossen) from former members of the IV. An army corps was formed. Later it was called Freikorps Neufville or Black Guard. The number of troops was about 630 people. It consisted of 2 infantry companies, 1 machine gun company, 1 cavalry detachment and 1 artillery battery. In February 1919, Freikorps as part of Freikorps Hülsen in Cottbus participated in the disarmament of the garrison and air base. Later, on September 4, 1919 in Frankfurt, he participated in the overthrow of the Workers' and Soldiers' Council in Frankfurt, occupied Hanau and during the Kappovsky putsch was involved as the authority of order in Frankfurt. The quarter was the Bonames and Gutleite barracks later Mülheim. On September 27, 1920, Freikorps Neufville left the demilitarized zone and handed over power to the mayor of Mülheim.
Among the enameled plug crosses, variants with a silver gardester in a medallion and a partially enameled medallion with a Prussian eagle and the Suum Cuique census (middle part of the gardester) are known.
