German Awards - Memorial Badge for Merit in the Firefighting of the Republic of Prussia 1925
This badge of honor was established on August 6, 1925 by the Prussian State Ministry. By analogy with the badge of honor of the Kingdom of Prussia, established in 1908, provisions for awarding were adopted. It was awarded to firefighters who served in an organized fire brigade for at least 25 years and distinguished themselves by loyalty and diligence. For special merits in extinguishing the fire, the Badge of Honor could be awarded without 25 years of service.
The badge is gilt bronze, with a pin at the back.

in the - center is a round shield with a Prussian eagle turned to the right by its head
