- Material: Bronze
- Size: 29mm
- Weight: 12.6g to 14g
This commemorative military coin was presented on 30 April 1841 by Grand Duke Paul Friedrich of Mecklenburg-Schwerin. All those who were in the Mecklenburg-Schwerin army from 1808 to 1812 in the Rheinbund contingent or from 1812 to 1815 in the brigade that entered the battlefield flawlessly participated in the campaign as a combat or non-combat military man were to be awarded. The medal was minted from weapons bronze. A suitable carrier was primed around the edge. It is also assumed that there are medals with a diameter of 34 mm. (I don't know anything yet.) Weight varies from about 12.6 g to about 14 g. In 1863, the medal received an anniversary badge for those who are still alive. In total, about 2,000 medals were awarded, of which only a few received.
