German Awards - Fire Service Badge of Honor 1. Form 1885
The order was established by King Charles on 20 December 1885. She was awarded for recognizing the charitable activities of voluntary fire brigades. A prerequisite for the award was continuous and innocent service in a voluntary fire brigade for at least 25 years.
Since 1898, this award has also been presented to members of the fire brigades on duty. The circulation is about 4000 pieces.
Openwork, one-sided, high-oval and gilded badge of honor, fixed on a gilded counter plate. On top with a small ribbon ring.
Front side:
- The oval consists of a wide, outside and inside stepped ring.
- In the center, the oval is expanded with an ornament. Put the decorated cartridge down.
- This, more brightly gilded, depicts the coat of arms of Württemberg.
At the - top of the edge is a painted, decorated shield with black enamel - K -.
- It is also brighter on top with a small royal crown with a small ring of ribbon.
