This award was established by Prince Voldemar in 1894. The awards are awarded to members of the country's volunteer fire brigades who have been conscientiously and without censure for at least 25 years in voluntary fire brigades. Rectangular, decorated panel of oxidized silver. Outer edges with raised edge. At a distance is a beaded rectangle. The intermediate space is shaded. In the lower 2 corners of the decoration. Inside is a rectangle with folded quadrangles at the corners and a smooth raised edge. The plate is applied to a metal strip covered with tape. On the back is a horizontal pin.
