The 70th anniversary badge of honor is the private foundation of the former king and emperor William II. It was created to celebrate the birthday. The celebration took place at Dorn's home in exile in the Netherlands. This honorary badge was received by persons from the circle of friends and family, immediate environment, as well as persons close to the former emperor and belonging to the number of well-wishers. Official guests came to congratulate on January 24th. Among the well-wishers were various representatives of the ruling and sealed houses, representatives of the military, such as Field Marshal von Mackensen. The number of the commemorative sign is indicated in approximately 290 copies. On the main holiday on January 27, 1929, about 100 copies were produced.
Punched silver work badge. This is superimposed on a rectangular clasp covered with an order ribbon of the Order of the House of Hohenzollern. At the back is a vertical pin.
