This memorial sign was erected on the occasion of the celebration of the silver wedding of the imperial couple on February 27, 1906 by the king and emperor Wilhelm II. established December 27, 1905. This sign was received by all persons close to the imperial couple and 119 veterans of the 2nd company of the 1st Guards Regiment, which 25 years ago commanded and was present under the emperor.
The underlying ribbons are different. It was mainly worn on the ribbon of the last award or on the military ribbon of the order. Balti wore a white ribbon under the decorative council without prior award.
119 veterans received a commemorative sign on the ribbon of the common badge of honor, while the orange side stripes are only 4 mm wide.
