German Awards - Badge of Honor for Workers and Servants (Royce Junior Line)
This badge of honor was established on April 11, 1896 by Prince Henry XIV. Persons of the principalities who served as workers and employees for at least 30 years in the same official relations were awarded. The time was counted from the moment of reaching 25 years. During this period, people had to serve without censure and be loyal. The badge of honor was not subject to return. Stamps for the medal were carved by Hermann Weckvert, a coin engraver from Berlin. Round silver medal with raised border. Above is a wider eye with a ribbon ring.
Front side:
In the - center is a portrait of Henry XIV, facing left. with a full beard.

- The font is separated at the bottom by a neck section of the portrait.
Downside:
- Along the edge, a narrow line to the center separates the style.

- Below is also a six-pointed star. Based on this, on both sides of the decoration.
- This is in the form of antennae. There is again a distance between the urticaria and the central stars.

- The left hand rests on a curved shield, which depicts a bee basket with bees.
