This medal was awarded with various ribbons. The award for saving a life took place on a ribbon for saving a life. But awards on other tapes are also known, awarded for other merits. It is believed that the award was made on a dark blue ribbon of red color as an increase in the medal for loyalty and merit. Exact award figures are not known.
