The badge of honor "For Loyalty" to the free city of Danzig was established on June 20, 1938 by the chairman of the Senate. The occasion was the 5th anniversary of coming to power in Gdansk. It is necessary to recognize the faithful work in the service of the people and the state. She was presented in 2 tiers, gold for 40 years and silver for 25 years. In addition, a badge of honor has been established for 50 years in the free economy. These are silver-plated and gold-plated in parts. Honorary badges for 25 and 40 years could be received by civil servants, employees and employees of the public service after the corresponding faithful service. Public service was considered at the end of 18. Copper alloy cross with brushed silver. The crosses at the ends are rounded and have wide polished edges with an internal decorative line. The inner sides of the cross sleeves are granular.
