Awards of Germany - Silver Medal "For Merit" Prince Adolf Georg 1885

Medals with the image of Prince Adolf George were established on the occasion of his 25th birthday.
Medals were awarded in 2 classes in gold and silver. The stamps were made by medalist Wilhelm Kullrich.
Merit medals were minted at the mint in Berlin. The medal shown is the 2nd form of merit medals awarded only in Schaumburg-Lippe. She, as before, was granted for special services to the prince and the land.
