The memorial medal was presented by Prince Wilhelm of Hohenzollern on September 7, 1911 in 3 stages: gold (gilded with silver), silver and bronze. The reason was 100. Birthday of Prince Karl Anton's grandfather. (reg. 1848-1849)
gold medals were awarded to related princely persons. (90 pcs.) Silver medals were received by courtiers, government officials, clergymen and others associated with the prince. Similarly, officers of the Fusilier Regiment No. 40 and still living princely Hohenzollern officers received a silver medal. In total, 300 copies of silver were produced. The bronze medal was received by lower officials, teachers, pensioners, princely servants and workers who served under Prince Karl Anton. Also, this bronze medal was received by sergeants of the Fusilier regiment No. 40, former soldiers of the Hohenzollern and banners of military unions bearing the name of Prince Karl Antons. 610 bronze medals were awarded.
