Awards of Germany - Commemorative sign for 50 years of service loyalty 1864
This medal was donated to the united Anhalt lands on May 12, 1864 by Duke Leopold Friedrich IV. This award replaced the Anhalt-Bernburg medal valid until 1863 for 50 years of service fidelity. By nature, the award must be preserved. The award was given to all ducal officials and servants who faithfully and unquestioningly served for 50 years. The award was non-refundable. A total of 314 awards were declared.
Round silver medal with rim. Above is a soldered ordinary eye with a ribbon ring.
Front side:
In the - center is a sophisticated German - L - under the ducal crown.
- This is surrounded by 2 laurel branches intersecting below, up to the middle of the crown.
Downside:
