German Awards - Battle Marks for 1870/71 Military Commemorative Coin

Various battle stamps were presented to 1870/71 1895 as a military commemorative coin. The occasion was the 25th anniversary of the Victory in 1870.
Those awarded with a military commemorative coin could thus attach combat staples to the coin ribbon, in the battle or battle of which they participated.
Officially installed 25 combat bundles.

Due to different manufacturers, there are differences in size and type of manufacture. Thus, most ties were made with two pins for attachment. Versions with a tape loop are also known. Some clips were hollowed out. Size also varies. For a large order inch, larger copies were made (usually minted hollow).

A rectangular clasp made of gilded brass or bronze with a border. In a finely divided field, the embossed name of the battle.
At the back are two soldered cotter pins for attachment or a tape loop.
