A prerequisite was membership and proof of service at the front, confirmed by a military passport. The association established several awards. The highest award can be considered the Cross of Memory of the war on a star. It is covered with blue enamel on an 8-beam star. The Cross of Remembrance of War depicted here is known in 3 versions. With blue enameled cruciform hands, with white enameled cruciform hands and without enameled cruciform hands. Whether they are different classes is unknown. However, since the cross on the star is enameled in blue, it can be assumed that the blue enameled crosses are located higher or were awarded for services within the union.
