German Awards - Air Force Parachutist Badge
This sign was established on November 5, 1936 by the Luftwaffe Commander-in-Chief German Goering. Military personnel who successfully completed parachutist training were eligible for admission. Officers and non-commissioned officers serving in the parachute forces as instructors received a badge without training shooters, as they already mastered them. Permission to wear the badge was checked annually .
Tall oval icon in non-ferrous metal. The edge is silver plated. The laid eagle is gilded. At the back is a vertical pin. The manufacturer's designation is carved on the eagle.
Front side:
- The edge is formed from a silver-plated wreath connected from below, from left laurel and right oak foliage
- Hung a gilded sliding eagle flying from the right from top to left down.
In - the catches, he holds a gilded swastika placed on top.
- The eagle's head and wings are superimposed on the wreath, slightly towering above it in the upper right corner.
Downside:
- Smooth silver-plated wreath with 2 eagle rivets and a perpendicular pin.
