The badge of honor shown here is called the badge of honor 3. The class of the Prussian Land Union of the Red Cross or also referred to as the honorary sign of the Land Union of Military Service 1914-1919. The fund was adopted in 1921 by the Prussian Land Union of the Red Cross along with other honorary signs. The figures given speak in favour of the medal or badge being awarded to members of the Union who were engaged in casualty care or charity work during the World War. I still don't know the rules of the award or any document. The rarity of the Badge of Honor speaks of the short period of its presentation. I would appreciate further information.
Medal of oval silver with a relief parallel ear without a raised edge. A small ring with a band ring passes through them.
